SOONER OR LATER (13-Track LP)  OUT NOW

Two-part concept piece Sooner or Later follows a simplistic, almost mundane approach in its concept, with each song topic focusing on a specific verb, be it abstract, ironic or just straight literal. Such limitations could be considered a creative-hinderance to an artist, but Mr. Ruckman proves the contrary with refreshingly canny results. The concept comes from a place of monotony, with Mr. Ruckman feeling as though his passion is stagnant and his life going through the motions. This project is his strive for change and something greater. Mr. Ruckman's music speaks for itself and 'Sooner or Later' is another fine fingerprint in his durable discography.

This album includes the note-worthy singles DRINK and WORK and is produced by secret-weapon Mike Kean, with the exception of track 13 produced by Jacob Giles. The record also features an array of amazing artists including lke Ruckman, Mary Ann Vanderhorst, Jace Excell, Allysha Joy, Imogen Pemberton, Smiles Again of Mind Over Matter and more. Recorded, mixed and co-produced by Mr. Ruckman himself, Sooner or Later is distributed independently under Ruckman Productions.

THE BORN-AGAIN HUMANIST (6-Track EP)

The Born-Again Humanist (Released 26/07/13) shows a ‘re-born’ artist expressing new and developed ideas and values. ‘Born-Again’ not in the traditional religious sense, but infact the contrary, with evolution and humanism being the underlying theme throughout.

Mr. Ruckman presents lyrics of a profound nature and skilful caliber, complimenting the raw production of local musicians to acclaimed hip-hop producers Simplex and Jacob Giles. From writing eloquently on controversial subjects to exploring human nature, Mr. Ruckman breaks free of conventional hip-hop topics and speaks on the importance of knowledge, freedom of speech, secularism, reason and forward thinking.

THE RUCKMAN RECORD  (11-Track LP)

The Ruckman Record (Released 10/08/12) infuses raw and insightful hip hop lyricism with acoustic percussion and refreshingly melodic instrumentation.

The Ruckman Record paints a deeply expressive self-portrait, showcasing a collection of diverse boom-bap bangers with undertones of funk, soul and rock.

Kade has collaborated with an array of adept musicians and artists of varied musical backgrounds to produce The Ruckman Record, resulting in a musical mash-up of somber strides and upbeat grooves to suit all styles and moods.

"The album takes us on a deeply personal journey of discovery. It feels like a balance sheet weighing out the reasons to stay positive in life against the reasons to succumb to the darkness and doubt that overtakes everyone's mind at some point in life" - JenLovesHipHop.blog
